DUAL HYDRAULIC DECOILER

Dual decoiler has a robust double steel structure, welded, which ensures rigidity of the set.

Displacement of the sets on a steel base to suit the width of the coil, keeping it centered on the line. Synchronized movement on the steel base, through hydraulic cylinders with a special hydraulic circuit
controlled on the HMI. Shafts made of alloy steel with rolled bearings.

The mandrels are made of steel, with extremely robust parts that guarantee the perfect fixation of the coil without the need for additional shims for fixing the internal diameters of 20, 24 and 30. Mandrel with
hydraulic expansion and contraction activated through the HMI. Pneumatic braking with pressure regulation through the HMI.

MOTORIZED HYDRAULIC LOADING TROLLEY

Trolley for loading coils. It has a robust electro-welded steel structure. Operation through 02 (two) wheels driven by hydraulic motor.

The support consists of two solid shafts, with a diameter of Ø270 mm and rubber coating for greater grip, which support the coil and are driven by a hydraulic motor for tangential drive of the coil, enabling the correct
positioning and guiding of the coil tip in the input guides.

The mobile base moves vertically by 04 (four) steel columns, driven by a hydraulic cylinder. Cable conveyor belt allows electric and hydraulic feeding.

COIL CRADLE (OPTIONAL)

Waiting cradle for coils to be processed, composed of two steel supports. It can receive the coils from the winch and position them to be loaded by the Loading Car.

Robust structure, built in electrowelded steel sheets, designed to support the weight of the coils.

It contemplates increasing the length of the trolley rails, the cable carrier belt, steel gutters, hydraulic hoses to drive the cylinders and motors of the loading trolley to meet the cradles.

Made of rigid steel frame, welded. Articulated movement in the portal frame. Articulation drive by hydraulic cylinder. Coated and motorized roller (hydraulic motor) to assist in the process of introducing the tip of the sheet at the beginning of the operation.

Pre-folding roller 1600.13 - Esquadros®

PRE-FOLDING ROLLER

Pre-folding roller with articulated movement on the portal frame. Drive of the articulation by a hydraulic cylinder that facilitates the introduction of thick plates. Roller made of special alloy steel, heat treated to reduce wear, with a large radius on the edges to avoid marking the material.

Extremely robust vertical rollers for side sheet guidance, made of special alloy steel, heat treated to reduce wear. Roller bearings. Independent drives (right and left) through hydraulic cylinders controlled by the HMI.

Telescopic entrance table 1600.13 - Esquadros®

TELESCOPIC ENTRANCE TABLE

Telescopic table manufactured with electro-welded steel structure. Telescopic movement driven by hydraulic cylinder to obtain the extension and contraction movements. Articulated vertical movement, and telescopic tongue extension driven by hydraulic cylinder. A hardened knife is fixed at the end of the telescopic tongue to cut the coil belts. In conjunction with the motorized rollers of the Loading Car (tangential drive) and the Pressing Roller, it ensures safety in the unarching of the coils.

Traction rollers 1600.13 - Esquadros®

TRACTION ROLLERS

Lower and upper traction rollers for traction of the sheet tip at the start of operation. The rollers are rolling, with hydraulic drive of the upper bearings. It presses the sheet tip during the feeding phase for introduction into the pre-straightening rolls.

STRAIGHTENER WITH COUNTER-SUPPORT ROLLERS

The head is made of welded and machined steel sheets, rectified and bolted together to form a precise and rigid structure for the counter support rollers.

The work rollers and counter-support rollers are made of special alloy steel, heat treated and rectified, with perfect roundness and exact diameters. Upper and lower work rollers supported by
additional counter-support rollers, with rolled bearings.

The pressure regulation on the straightening rollers is servo-driven with a mechanical jack. The bearings are coupled together to ensure parallelism and uniform lowering of the shafts. The pressure regulation of the input rollers is driven by hydraulic cylinders.

The lower rollers are tractioned by oil-bathed helical gear carts made of special alloy steel to provide strength, durability and smooth operation, without transmitting undue vibrations to the work rollers.

Rollers driven by a low-backlash, high-performance gearedmotor with electromagnetic braking. Control with external encoder and software to control measurements.

Integrated hydraulic shear. Constructed from machined, rectified and bolted steel sheets, forming a precise and rigid structure. Heat-treated and rectified knives, with low dimensional and geometric tolerance, which
guarantee precision in the cutting of the strips.

The shear has centralized slack adjustment for easy adjustment across the entire range of thicknesses. The adjustment is made using a precise geared mechanism, operated by a lever, with a graduated ring for visual identification of the position.

EXTRACTION DEVICE (OPTIONAL)

Hydraulic and motorized extraction device to extract the sheet from the end of the coil for the guillotine. Electronic drive from the control panel on the touch-screen HMI for removing the sheet at the end of the coil, on the Hydraulic Guillotine.
Device with hydraulic clamping and motorization that eliminates the need for operator handling in the process of extracting sheet metal from the end of the coil.

The upper working roller is made of alloy steel, with perfect roundness and precise diameter, with a rubber coating (92 shore hardness) for adequate friction and traction. The upper roller rests
on bearings arranged along its length to enable the material traction.

The vertical movement of the upper roller is driven by a hydraulic cylinder. Traction by bi-directional orbital hydraulic motor, with pressure control valve and manifold block integrated into the main hydraulic unit.
Inclined guides extended to the exit of the Straightener to guarantee the introduction of the end of the sheet to the Guillotine without the need for the operator to enter the risk area. Structure of the entry guides made
from laser-cut and welded steel sheets.

CENTRAL CONTROL PANEL

The panel can be used to easily configure or monitor length, quantity, speed, retrieval of registered recipes and much more.

All the line's main operating functions are controlled on the latest generation color touch-screen HMI (human/machine interface). The options on each screen make operation extremely simple.

ESQUADROS NR-12 KIT

Safety PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or Safety Relay to meet the Safe Stop (STO - Safe Torque Off) requirement.

Optoelectronic presence detection devices (light curtains) arranged vertically in the loading table area to ensure the safety and efficiency of the machine, both in automatic and setup operations, by detecting the invasion of this
risk zone. Composed of an infrared light transmitter and receiver and cables. Exclusive safety relay to receive the PNP signal.

Magnetic sensors with safety function for monitoring bars, doors, gates and mobile protections. Interconnected directly to the safety relay, requiring no external power supply. To guarantee safety, the magnetic
sensors can only work in conjunction with their respective coded actuator to avoid possible failures.

Guard bars for perimeter protection and line safety. Made from electro-welded steel mesh in the BELGO PROTEC standard, 2.5 x 20 cm mesh (depending on the distance from the risk area). Standard height of 2,100 mm. Posts
in yellow RAL R1023 and guards in black RAL R9004.

Transfer key system, consisting of a commutator block on the central control panel and coded safety keys - with a double key - on the access gates that prevent access to the danger zone while the
machine is running and prevent the machine from starting up with operators present in blind areas of the line.

Three-color light tower (red, yellow and green) for visual indication of operating status. Switching on and off is preceded by an audible alarm signal.

The machine's complete documentation includes: list of documents; installation layout, with positioning of the fixed mechanical protections; installation, operation and maintenance manuals; diagrams of the electrical, hydraulic and
pneumatic circuits; list of suggested spare parts. Certification of the safety devices used.

PALLETIZING SYSTEM

Palletizing system for stacking steel sheets, electronically controlled by the Central Control Panel. Composed of:
• Rolled side guides to receive the sheets at the same level as the shear, with motorized adjustment for different coil widths, and with articulated movement by cylinders to release the sheet at each shear cut,
on the loading table.
• Robust loading table with adjustable side guides to receive the sheets and form the packages. Made of a sturdy steel frame with motorized wheels on rails to move laterally for unloading.
